Senior Executive - Business Development - Recruitment Firm (3-4 yrs)
Requirements :
- Generate business through online, System Integrators and Implementation Partners
- At least 3-4 Years of experience in US Staffing.
- Setup portfolio on websites and get projects through these websites.
- Sound understanding of Technologies.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects and meeting targets on regular basis.
- Respond to RFIs / RFQs and all other clients requests.
- Create all comprehensive proposal detailing and estimates etc.
- Targeted business and revenue generation.
- Need to interact with clients over Phone/ Skype and VOIP etc.
- Handle complete sales cycle.
- Experience in Negotiation and Closing deals.
