Senior Executive - Business Development - IT (4-9 yrs)

Responsibilities:

1. Analyze business systems and functions; assists in identifying client requirements and provides appropriate documentation for contract and pricing propositions

2. Should have closed good number of deals for international processes

3. Must have good knowledge of how to work with enterprise software solutions and clients/prospects with varying size organizations

4. Excellent verbal and written English skills for effective communication with overseas clients

5. Create Business Proposal, Presentations, Slides, and other documents as required by a potential client

6. Build relationships with customers and seek references

7. Experience working with application delivery, management structures and reporting procedures

8. Create reports, Presentations, Content and Email Campaigns

Requirements :

1. Must have prior BDM experience with proven track record. Should be able to bring in the New Clients/ Prime Vendors to the company immediately after taking the role. Must have experience with all aspects of US Marketing / Recruiting. Excellent communication skills are mandatory.

2. Must to be able to bring the c2c requirements from Clients/vendors. Must have the experience of reviewing the contracts / NCA's / NDA's / RTR's etc. and make necessary recommendations when dealing with vendors.

3. Must know the different VISA status's / requirements for different countries. End to end experience is mandatory. Must be result oriented and willing to work on any role that requires for the company.

4. Experience in IT Service based company is must.

5. Experience in international tele-calling

6. Responsible for marketing of IT Services like Web Development, Mobile App Development, Sales force CRM & Data Analytics in international market like US or UK

7. Rich experience in international sales through tele- calling, email marketing & professional networking portals like LinkedIn

8. Good in utilizing mediums like LinkedIn & Xing and other social mediums to generate leads and sales.

9. Develop business proposals for new and existing customers. Review and communicate proposals and cost estimates with internal stakeholders.
