- Business Executive/Business Manager: (Architecture Engineering construction(AEC department)- Field sales, 1 requirement- Bangalore location

- The ideal candidate should have 2 to 4 years of experience (Field sales) in all stages of the sales cycle. Experience in selling any IT related software is a must. Experience in selling software would be ideal (Ex: Autodesk, Bentley, Siemens, Etabs, Primavera, Staadpro etc)

- Preferred industry would be AEC (Architects, Engineering, Construction, Infrastructure)

Note : Applicants should be based out of the Bangalore location.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Meeting Customers and Closing the deals

- End to End responsibility for managing the complete sales cycle

- Providing accurate forecasts and achieving/exceeding the targets (Products include Autodesk software's & other Civil Software solutions)

- Closing orders with desired profits & collecting all payments within the prescribed time limit

- Achieve the set revenue target.

- Long-term relationship with customers and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.

- Maintain a record of all customer communication.

Experience Level : 2-4 year's experience in similar industry

Salary : 25k - 35k excluding variable pay (Based on years of experience) (Fixed + Variable)

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree [BE- Civil, Electrical and Electronics] with 2 - 4 years experience in selling IT solutions/software.

- Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing demonstrated sales success.

- Strong negotiation skills

- Strong communication and presentation skills

- This is a field job and requires the candidate to have a 2-wheeler or 4 wheeler.
