Team Management :
- Guidance to team on Cold Calling on Skype or Direct calls in International Market
- Development of Team on Effective Presentation to client on call and convincing the client
- Ensure that Team achieves target of Lead Generation
Lead to Closing:
- Taking Handover of Lead from Team
- Submission of Proposal after understanding from Technical team
- Negotiation with Client
- Closing the deal
Direct Calling :
- Direct calling to High End client
- Pitching Our services
- Generation of Lead, Submission of Proposal and closing the high end client
- Achieves Individual Sales Target
- Maintaining Proper Customer Relationship Management with Customer, even after deal is closed
Skill Sets Required:
