Senior Executive - Business Development (3-5 yrs)
As a CoE role, this position would be the SPOC for the stated location.
- Oversee & strategize the Overall Sales process along with Director.
- Regularly create and change Sale Plan to establish sales targets and marketing strategies to describe measure and roadmap to accomplish the goals.
- Set out yearly sales target of enhancing sales through new clients and offering better products to existing customer.
- Procuring new client through direct contact, WOM marketing, media, networking activities, research, leads from Director/Management.
- Prepare and deliver pitches to potential client with consent of Director.
- Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
- Search, identify and negotiate with domestic or international suppliers/vendors of raw material to secure the most attractive prices with standard quality as per SOPs, to bring down the production cost.
- Identification of critical new products for research & commercialization and suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be interest of clients.
- Framing business proposal & contract to enhance more revenue from client.
- Coordinate with client to clarify & satisfy the objection if any, to maintain goodwill of the organization.
- Reviewing client's feedback and ensure implementing necessary change in concern area, process, equipment, department and procedure with approval of Director.
- Acquaint and attend industry functions, association events & conferences and update information and observation with the management and concern department head.
- Endure with business trends and consumption to ensure that our offering remain relevant and propose new services and products.
- Ensure correct billing raised to the client and receipt of payment on due.
- Handle documentation for import and export and coordinating with Banks for smooth transit.
- Maintain and update records of all activities related to Business Development.
- Any other work as assigned by the Management.
