Senior Executive - Business Development - Education (2-5 yrs)

We are looking for an enthusiastic (BDE) to contribute in generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships. An effective telesales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.

Responsibilities

- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product and generate new business

- Lead Generation

- Setting up meetings with prospective clients

- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

- Maintaining Relationship with existing clients through mails and calls

- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed

Requirements

- Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role

- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection

- A team Player with high level of dedication

- Customer orientation attitude

Pre- Requirements

- Minimum Graduate with 1 to 4 years of experience in Sales.

- Excellent English communication

- Sales orientation
