Senior Executive - Business Development - Bank (3-5 yrs)
- Should handle a team of advisors.
- Need to maintain good relationship with BDM AND AM of Partner
- Guide team for conducting activities, Guide then in calls, drive business targets
- To meet with Partner and drive business and contest
Required Candidate profile :
- Should have experience min 3 years of team handling experience and worked in insurance company with Banca model, Direct sales experiences or Broca
- Good Communication Skill
- Should be good at creating and maintaining Relationships.
- Unstoppable & Unshakeable Attitude
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Travelling is involved as minimum 2 branches will be given to candidates.
- Must have own bike.
- Candidates have to pitch branch walk in customers.
- Upselling is involved (through own contacts).
