Senior Executive - Business Development (3-6 yrs)
The Job responsibilities include:
I. Sales Activities:
1. Business Generation in national market on the defined segments.
2. Strategy to achieve the assigned target and to follow the set strategy punctually.
3. Site survey (whenever required) for Budgetary/Tender bid.
4. Designing of Solution wherever/whenever required with the help of Pre-sales team.
5. Preparation of Tender document would include:
i) Taking Authorization & Pricing from OEMs.
ii) Arranging Sample if required in the Tender from the OEMs.
iii) Communicate with the accounts department for preparation of EMD/BG/FDR (if required).
iv) Prepare the Technical Bid & Commercial Bid & AMC with the help of pre sales team.
6. Attending Technical Bid (If required).
7. Attending Technical Demo & Making Product Presentations (If required).
8. Attending CNC/PNC if Lowest Bidder (L1) (If required).
9. Acknowledgement/Acceptance of Supply order after receipt of original Supply Order (If required).
10. Experience with ERP software, particularly SAP Business One, is preferred.
II. Post Sales Activities
- Follow-up for EMD whenever required.
- Follow up of payment whenever required as well as support to operation against the same.
- Follow-up for required documents from Client w.r.t. supply.
Preferred candidate profile
1. Applicants must be B.Tech-Electronics
2. Must have experience on handling reputed government clients.
3. Must be willing to travel PAN India.
