Senior Executive/Assistant Manager - Visual Merchandising (4-7 yrs)

Job Description :

- Looking after multiple stores based at Delhi - NCR

- Analysing the need for visual merchandising of store by looking through the details of each product that the company sells.

- Communicating the standards of product displays such as floor sets, table top displays, chair wall sequences and signage placements to merchandising personnel

- Implementation stores Window and Activity with Vendor Management

- Installing graphics and signage and dismantling displays after promotion periods end

- Imparting training to the sales team on information on how to maintain promotional display

- Evaluating stores area sale report and forwarding the same to the RVM and SM every week and make a changes as per requirement

- Managing cordial relations with internal as well as external customers to sustain the profitability of the business

- Maintaining upcoming stock inventory and sending mail to merchandiser for new Trend.

- Ensuring that product is displayed according to company guidelines, Promotional activity Seasonal trends together.

- Creating Visual inspiration in store and window displays which reflect and maintain brand identity Collaborations.

- Communicating and inform store team about upcoming activities, campaigns and designer Collaborations

- Reviewing sale reports every week and discuss with Store manager to make a new plan to increase a sale

- Dressing the mannequins and using appropriate lighting to display merchandise in best possible Presentation.

- Analysing the need for visual merchandising by looking through the details of each product that the company sells.

- Designing window and internal displays based on specific themes and promotional trends
