Job Description:
Social Media Management & Optimization :
- Plan & implement monthly social media calendar and execute the marketing plan.
- Create social media marketing strategy which will help brand grow more organically
- Manage Social Media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities which includes handling platform like Facebook, Twitter, Google+, LinkedIn, YouTube, and company blog.
- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video and written).
- Monitor, listen and respond to users in a - Social- way.
- Work with creative team to create creative for social media platforms
- Design, create and manage promotions and Social ad campaigns.
- Monitor social channels for measuring the impact of Social Media campaigns. Analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results.
- Come up with unique innovative content and engagement ideas. Leverage social media and other platforms to design campaigns and contests to create positive word of mouth
Online Reputation Management (ORM) :
- Monitoring all social platforms, blogs, custom sites, App, etc for queries/feedback/complaints
- Actively respond to all comments & provide resolution
- Active social and web listening, effective tracking of mentions through use of ORM tools.
Competitor Analysis :
- Be up-to-date with competition activities and track their campaigns
- Provide intelligence of best practices and be aware of developments in social space
