Our Client is an online platform where children learn and develop 'new age' skills through live classes. We are backed by FIITJEE, Indian Angel Network, Hyderabad Angels and Lead Angels. The platform leverages powerful technology to provide live online classes to K8 learners on English Communication, Public Speaking, Robotics, Coding, Mental Maths, STEM courses and other 'new age' skills. It is on a journey to make the traditional and unorganized tuitions obsolete through its virtual classroom

Open positions : BDC and BDM (Individual Contributor Role)

Shifts: Day and Night

Sales Exp: Sr. BDC (1-2.5 Years) and AM(2.5-7 years)

Job Location: Gurgaon (WFH till Dec)

Roles and Responsibilities/ Mission Statement :

- Meet revenue numbers through individual targets

- Only hot leads (leads that have already taken Trial Class) are shared and they need to be converted into Sales

- Deep understanding of Sales is required, and the candidate should be able to build the right plans from concept to execution. We are looking for Sales conversion experts

- To deliver 2.5 Crore revenue by selling PlanetSpark live online classes (~ 1000 enrollments) over 12 months.

- The role is a mix of Individual Contribution (IC) and Team Management. In the first 3 months, the role will be 100% IC where you would be required to do individual sales.

- After 3 months, based on sales performance, the incumbent starts building a team and entails about 30% Team Management wherein the incumbent starts taking accountability of team target apart from your individual target.

- Eventually in 9 month the roles becomes 50% IC and 50% Team Management.
