Senior Executive/Assistant Manager - Sales - Cosmetics (2-7 yrs)
Job Description :
- Responsible for establishing distribution network from scratch in the assigned area
- Responsible for Primary & Secondary target achievement.
- Responsible for the enhancement of Brand presence
- Planning and implementing sales promotional activities and working towards growth
- Effective coordination & sound mechanism to take daily, weekly & monthly reporting from subordinates & to conduct monthly meet to evaluate their performance.
- Manage, develop, coach, control & motivate the sales force to develop their skill to deliver their KRA.
- Monitoring Team's performance and motivating them to achieve targets.
Salary: INR 5,00,000 - 8,00,000 P.A.
Education :
UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization
