Senior Executive/Assistant Manager - Marketing - Bank (4-6 yrs)

Looking for good Marketing experienced candidate for one of the leading banks.
Position : Sr. Executive /Assistant Manager
Location : Chennai
KPA :
1. Initiate Marketing strategies (plan a branch-specific activity in consideration with BMs/ZH), with specific reference to BTL for the assigned zone, to achieve the branch's periodical lead generation requirement
2. Extend execution support & tracking the timely execution of branch-led on-ground activities
3. Plan and execute co-branded activities with Channel partners and group companies for the assigned zones
4. Tracking the performance of marketing campaign(s) in the prescribed format, submit to the corporate office on monthly basis.
5. Tracking competitor activities in the designated zone and providing timely feedback on the same to the corporate office.
6. To meet visibility requirements (Signage board/Internal branding) of the assigned branch
7. Meet POS collaterals requirement of the assigned zones on a quarterly basis and maintain the inventory report
8. Vendor acquisition & Management
9. Handling promoters/event team to accomplish execution assistance
Track the marketing expenses in the given format to the assigned branch on a regular basis
Skills :
1. Skills Proven track records in Design and execute the customized BTL activation
2. POS collaterals procurement with optimum specifications
3. Strong influence in handling event management team/promoters
4. Competency in Media split
5. Willing to travel in a frequent interval
6. Minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in Marketing - BTL division. Preferably from Retail industry or NBFC industry
