Senior Executive/Assistant Manager - Inside Sales/Lead Generation - IT (4-6 yrs)

1. Fair understanding of IT infrastructure constructs like DC, collocation, cloud etc.

2. Ability to differentiate between Colo. vs Cloud solutions and ability to identify opportunities in these buckets

3. Experience in having initial conversations with IT managers to understand and capture requirements

4. Experience in inside sales teams or client facing front end sales team is preferable

5.Experience in data mining using third party tools like Apollo, LinkedIn to generate leads

6. Weekly and quarterly sales funnel and review revenue reporting

7. Ability to travel within Delhi NCR region

8. Experience in chasing and controlling opportunities while engaging with internal teams to build solutions for the customer

9. Attending initial sales meetings and meeting the client

10. Determining a client's business requirements and whether the products being considered are suitable

11. Decide whether the software or hardware needs adapting to meet the client's needs

12. Responding to technical/product related queries the client might have

13. Presenting your findings to a technical team to act on, and then to the clients

Education:

- Post-Graduation in Management/Technical Education (BE or B. Tech) preferred or equivalent experience

Skills/Attributes:

1. Should have minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience.

2. In depth inside sales experience, with industry expertise and proven track record at landing projects & campaigns, generating revenue.

3. Should have in depth knowledge in negotiating/quoting prices of different work models.

4. Strong communication & presentation skills - Hindi and English both

5. Proven skills in creating presentations based on client requirements and ability to present the same to an audience- both internal and external

1. Ability & willingness to travel within the NCR Region

2. Ability to build a relationship with the customer stakeholders

3. Ability to innovate, ideate and create independent proposals, ideas
