Job Description :

- Convert prospects into customers by show-casing appropriate clients from corporate & non- corporate clients

- Residential & Commercial properties to the prospects, which match the investment need of the prospects

- Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business;

- Use leads generated by sourcing team as well as generate self-leads and leads from the existing employees in different departments to convert them into customers, through local activities

- Supervise the planning and development of company marketing and communications materials.

- Work closely with company Corporate Communications department to blend the direct sales/ marketing requirements with broader communications strategy and creation of product collateral.

- Client acquisition and business development by direct/indirect sales. Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale;

- Develop business by following up with potential leads & understand their requirement with face to face presentation & meetings with clients.

- Offer customized portfolio solutions to clients based on their risk/ return and liquidity profile.

- Ability to negotiate the terms of an agreement and close the sales lead.

- Responding to emails and phone enquiries.

- Take prospects for site visits in residential /commercial projects, answering all relevant queries in the process, liaising with the developer.

- Locate potential business deals by contacting potential customers.

- Proactively initiate and engage sales calls to new prospects to customers within assigned territory.

- Responsible for generating sales with existing customers and developing opportunities with new sales meetings and achieving targets.

- Reaching the targets and goals set for your area.

- Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base.

- Industry : Real Estate Industry only, with excellent communication skills and pleasing personality a Must !!

- Candidates from Central & Harbour line preferred.

IMP Note: This role is an individual contributor role and involves working on weekends with day-off as per company norms
