Senior Executive/Assistant Manager - Business Development - After Market/Automobile (4-10 yrs)

- Analyze and identify opportunities to secure new businesses from Export customer base and optimize profit and increase revenues.

- Design and implement new strategies to drive business growth in assigned sales market.

- Administer entire sales process identify target customers, push sales and complete sales process to manage export Sales.

- Manage pricing, deal pricing and other sales proposal activities and provide support to support marketing department.

- Manage export engagements to design strategies to acquire more business deals.

- Handling AfterMarket Exports for OES

- Setting up & managing Auto Shows Abroad

- Extensive travelling to both Domestic & International location

- Handling across Geographies ( Europe, US, Africa etc)

- Responsible for sales and business development in International market

- Participate in innovative projects to enhance sales proposal process.

- Identify new markets to widen market base for enhanced revenue and profit generation.

- Involve in direct customer negations in association with sales directors.

- Analyze markets to obtain latest trends, customer needs, competitors position and depth of customer base to re-design marketing strategy.

- Collaborate with marketing department to design new services and products for enhancing business growth.

Professional Qualifications and Experience:

- B Tech ( Mechanical) preferred OR Diploma with 7-10 yrs of experience

- Prior experience of handling Europe & US Market.

- Experience in handling Export Documentation ( add on advantage)

- Organised & managed Auto Shows abroad

- Experience- 4 to 5 years

- Pleasant Personality with Good communication skills

- MS Office
