Education: BBA/BMS/MBA Experience: 3+ years of Prior experience in

Strategy, Client Servicing with Marketing or Partnership & Alliance management roles.

Position Objective :

LPaaS (Loyalty Program as a service) is a proprietary service delivery platform of EasyTech to manage loyalty and incentive programs for banks, retailers and corporate. LPaaS is driven by intelligent &fluid technology seamlessly interwoven with best practices of customer engagement delivered to you through a highly experienced & motivated team. With the use of smart analytics translated to relevant insight by
domain experts, LPaaS helps you create conservation that last forever.

The position objective is to manage the Enterprise Client accounts who adopt LPaaS to manage their loyalty & rewards programs for B2C, B2E or B2Baudiences.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- This role is to own the Portfolio of Enterprise Programs. This is a single profile, will expand by Regions (North & East, South, West) or verticals (Retail, Banks, Rewardsetc.)

- Guide the account managers & program ops teams.

- Discuss marketing initiatives with Campaign Managers & in tandem with Product manager -easyrewardz.

- Manage the program P&L (larger, multi-brand program or Bank programs) & model the financial strategy for Program growth.

- Analyzes business data, financial information, and commercial needs of clients to evaluate business opportunities to reach cost effective business solutions.

- Excellent team management and interpersonal communication skills enabling effective interaction with people at all organizational levels.

- Fin modelling of Loyalty programs (with inputs/help from LeadStrategy).

- Spearhead reviews & renewals.

- Create or suggest innovation in Enterprise platforms/features & modules.

- Help Pre-sales with pitches & act as a SME for Enterprise Business Developmentinitiatives.

Internal Interactions:

Program management teams [Analytics, Campaigns, Client Ops, and Rewards].

Peer & lateral interactions with Client Servicing teams to exchange ideas &innovations.

External Interactions:

Enterprise Clients on LPaaS

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in MS - Excel [vlookup, hlookup,pivots etc.]

- Proficiency in creating presentations in MS - Powerpoint.

- Prior Strategy Experience.

Interpersonal Skills:

- Good communication skills - written &oral.

- Good negotiation skills

- Team Player

- Multi-tasking capabilities, to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
