Job Description :

Position: Sr. Engineer/Assistant Manager/Manager-Service Sales

Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Engineering Electrical /Mechanical Preferred Master in Sales/Marketing.

Experience: Minimum 5 -7 years of related management experience.

Salary : As per market standard

Job Location: Lucknow

Preferred: Experience in HVAC or Electrical / FF & FDS or FAS fields in Lucknow (current or earlier)

Roles and Responsibility:

- Demonstrate and use expert knowhow for new client acquisition and relationship through sales of Electro-mechanical services of the entire MEP services with all its aspects like revamp sales, HVAC AMC. Electrical AMC, MEP O&M etc and coordination with other S&W divisions.

- Exposure of sales of O&M/ maintenance contracts with an established client base of multiple sites.

- Corporate sales and business development operations.

- Generate leads for opportunities within the territory & ensure conversion of leads to business orders.

- Analysing latest marketing trends and tracking competitors activities and providing valuable inputs for fine tuning sales and marketing strategies; initiating market development efforts.

- Lead techno-commercial meetings with clients.

- Have hands on experience in handling sales business of any type of electromechanical utility services in the customer service domain.

- Must be able to perform all pre and post tender activities of elctro -mechanical sales till the closure

- Direct and control the Sales Department Functioning and related employees / staff to ensure that they are carrying out their responsibilities to the required standards.

- Implement necessary policies and procedures to ensure that all day-to-day sales activities are complied with the approved practices, quality and technical standards.

- Maintain regular contact with customers to ensure that there is continuous feedback about the quality of service provided.

- Overall in-charge for the customer care organisation across platforms.

- Responsible for the strategic roadmap of the LOB.

- Manage additional resources for carrying out the job responsibilities
