Key responsibilities include :

- Developing and implementing admissions strategies to attract and enroll a diverse pool of qualified students, including targeted marketing campaigns and outreach efforts.

- Achieving weekly and monthly sales targets

- Self-motivated and organized, capable of Managing a high volume of customer interactions.

- Analyzing admissions data to identify trends, track progress towards enrollment goals, and make data-driven decisions to improve recruitment and enrollment strategies.

- Familiarity with CRM software for effective lead management and reporting will be an added advantage

- Continuously evaluating and refining admissions processes and procedures to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and the overall student experience and identifying opportunities for new business development through Lead Generation.

- Reviewing database of prospect clients; maintain a database (Salesforce, Excel) of prospective client information and identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline.

- Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing, enrollment management, and academic affairs, to coordinate efforts and ensure a seamless experience for prospective students from inquiry to enrollment.

- Inside sales & Outdoor meetings if required
