Senior Corporate Agency Manager - Life Insurance (2-3 yrs)

Roles and Responsibility:
- Work together with branch operations to ensure that policy/application forms are processed promptly.
- Keep the relationship between the branch manager and a colleague positive.
- Manage sales through the designated bank's Bancassurance channel.
- On a daily basis, manage the sourced policies' policy servicing issues.
- Encourage bank staff to purchase related life insurance policies And Generating leads through bank walk-in customers and getting leads from bank Employees.
- Converting those leads using joint calls with bank employees based on customer requirements.
- Examine market trends to find growth and expansion prospects.
- Ensure adherence to company rules and policies.
Candidate Profile:
- Education : Graduate
- Experience : Min. 1 year of experience in Life Insurance.
- Age : Between 22 to 38 years
- Knowledge of insurance products, regulations, and market trends.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
