Primary :

- Conceptualize and write insightful, witty content for all social media channels - think short animated videos, memes, gifs, thought leadership posts, carousels, reels, audio spots. The canvas is yours. The only rule we have is to keep it fun and engaging, even entertaining! Finance is boring, but it doesn't have to be.

- Strategize for each social channel - you know what works on Instagram. And how it is different from LinkedIn and Twitter. You know your audience well and can change your tone of voice at the drop of a hat.

- Make and execute a content calendar - build the right content pillars, identify relevant topicals and map it out on a monthly basis.

- Developing influencer campaigns with micro and nano influencers that help drive community growth (followers) and community engagement (conversations).

Secondary :

- We are an early stage start-up where all of us wear many different hats. From time to time, you'll be asked to step out of your comfort zone and do something you may not have done ever before. This could be writing UI copy, shadowing UX researcher for user interviews or handling customer support queries (with the rest of us).

- Must haves :

- 4 to 6 years of copy experience

- Kickass copy portfolio that demonstrates ability to write across formats

- Nuanced understanding of social media platforms, video production

- Can write both English and Hindi with a high level of craft

- Bonus - TVCs in your portfolio
