The Employer :
Our client is tech media startup that is working towards filling the demand for quality content in the social and digital media space through innovative visual storytelling.
The Job :
You will be responsible for :
- Coming up with creative ideas for concepts and scripts that satisfy the given brief
- Preparing concept notes of your ideas to pitch them to producers, development executives or sales teams
- Conducting research and study about the story line to make it more realistic and important
- Preparing scripts that can be executed within the budget allocated for the project
- Having an understanding of different types of target audiences, markets and tone of voice.
The Profile :
- You have a degree in Communications and at least 2 years experience working as a Script Writer, preferably in a Digital Content Platform
- You are a content creator who can take multiple roles and should be able to take ownership of content creation
- You have experience in writing for listicle format and fiction for branded and non-branded content.
- You have the ability to work on screenplay formats.
- Prior skills in production/direction space and acting will be an added advantage
- You are a strong team player and able to handle multiple stakeholders
- You are result driven and have high level of resilience.
