Senior Content Manager - Education (16-20 yrs)

Education: Post Graduate, preferably MBA
Work Experience: 16 to18 years- experience in consulting/ learning design/ training. Work experience in start-ups /Skilling will be a plus.

Responsibilities :
- Needs analysis for audiences- College Students
- Identifying experts and entrepreneurs to work in partnership with for creating content
- Design of workshops and boot camps with a goal to productize the same with the aim of scaling and deploying these through various partners worldwide leveraging video and ILT
- Work with practitioners and experts to give make High level design documents with Outcomes, Course Map, Course Overview, Duration, etc.
- Development of content, quizzes, assessments as required
- Design Facilitator and Master Trainer programs for the same
- Responsible for Quality of deliverables
- Testing and Validation of Design; Evaluation - Outcome-based content effectiveness and learning experience analysis
- Vendor Management
- Project Management
- Keep track of offerings from other providers and trends in entrepreneurship education and ensuring offerings are current and at par.
