We are looking for an enthusiastic & experienced Telesales Representative to contribute in generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
1 Contact potential new customers to inform them about a product or services
2 Answer questions about products or the company
3 Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
4 Focus on target achievement on a monthly basis
5 Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
6 Go the - extra mile- to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
7 Hardcore Sales role
Candidate profile
Qualification 12th-grade pass +
Skills :
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection,Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
- Communication Fluent in English, Hindi and/or one local (zone) language
- Personality Dynamic and focused on conversions
- Work experience Minimum 3-4 years
- Preferred Companies BPO sales processes ( Not from International BPO's )
