Roles & Responsibilities :
- Should have experience on Visa processing for various countries like UK/USA/Canada/Australia/Schengen etc.
- Provide immigration documentation to our clients who have enrolled with us for USA/Canada/Australia/Schengen etc.
- Making the Complete report of visa submission.
- Assist clients regarding documents required for the visa process.
- Send the files of clients to the Embassy .
- Explain documents checklist to the clients on different immigration programs.
- Daily follow up with the clients and guide for the documentation.
- Respond to Client queries through calls/chat/e-mails.
- Handle Customer queries in a timely manner.
- Having good knowledge in visa form filling and documents.
Required Candidate profile :
- Male /Female both candidates can apply for this profile

- Good communication skills both written and verbal.
