Immediate openings for Senior Category Marketing Manager :

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Own projects with considerable scope and/or complexity with significant impact on customer experience, engagement and business

- Own all key traffic drivers for the category, and work as a category advocate with central traffic teams

- Possess a deep understanding of all traffic-driving mechanisms (Search, Affiliates, Email, SEO etc.) and actively engaging in optimization of those channels for the business.

- Understanding of design and ability to translate business tone and format into a visual space. Work with cross functional teams and internal teams, including technology teams, to define, drive, and launch improvements to the shopping experience.

- Own creation of marketing programs, and multiple key traffic drivers, to acquire new customers. Conceptualize, design and execute online and offline marketing initiatives to extend awareness of our products on and off.

- Develop, test, and execute aggressive multi-channel marketing plans to drive customer acquisition and authority

- Conduct in-depth analyses to determine program effectiveness and to continuously improving programs and site initiatives

- Develop the category's editorial direction, style guidelines, merchandising calendar, promotions, and coop packages.

- Understand and use merchandising and customer-facing metrics to guide decision making.

- Present to senior management externally and internally

- Meet business goals while ensuring a top-notch customer experience

Basic Qualification :

- Proven track record of thinking customer backwards.

- Demonstrated ability to think both strategically and tactically.

- Ability to prioritize and define roadmap in an ambiguous environment.

- 5+ years of overall work experience with 2+ year experience in marketing/product management.

- Demonstrated ability to formulate data-driven decisions that lead to results.

- Demonstrated ability to conceptualize, manage, and prioritize multiple projects.

- Exceptional interpersonal, communication (spoken and written) and influencing skills and an ability to navigate a complex and unstructured cross-functional environment.

- MBA Degree Preferred

Preferred Qualification :

Proven analytical skills and highly numerate

- Ability to think both strategically and tactically with strong attention to detail

- Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal and a strong sense of being able to translate business tone and content in terms of design as well as marketing

- Knowledge and/or previous experience within the apparel/fashion industry preferred with strong aesthetics for campaign designs to create the tone and language for specialized programs.
