Senior Career Counselor (5-10 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Lead Conversion
- Career Counselling
- Responsible for Walk - Ins
- Greet them at front desk
- Hand over the brochure / prospectus
- Collect basic details about them (Touch pad can be implemented)
- Present AID slides to aspiring students
- Give Campus tour
- Handling student Registration
- Hand it over to Admin for admission, accommodation (if required)
- Handle end to end Test related tasks
- Set up interview with respective faculty for aspiring students
- Try to connect aspiring students with Alumni
Selection criteria :
Excellent communication skills with understanding of one or more local vernacular languages, prior experience in education industry preferable, self driven & enthusiastic about sales and targets, proficient in MS office.
