We have an urgent requirement for Senior Business Manager for a Digital Marketing Agency based out in Mumbai
Location : Mumbai

Job Profile :
- Client and campaign management
- Data Analysis
- Set up processes & systems to ensure smooth work flow within agency as well as the client
- Expanding the business model and driving revenue from current clients
- Delivering against the predefined targets to ensure revenue expectations are met
- Monitoring brand performances and conducting analysis
- Collaborate with the team as well as other business functions
- Good understanding of Campaigns, Influencers, Video Production, Media etc.
- Managing the digital marketing strategy for brands
- Defining insights that will lead to competitive advantage
- Formulate and execute social media plans as per brands
- Interface and manage the relationship with the clients as well as vendors
- Meeting deadlines without compromising on quality
- Delivering effective strategies & ideas for the brands
- Leading Campaigns & Projects, executing 360-degree digital campaigns with excellence
- Empowering/training people in his/her team
- Good understanding of performance/ media campaigns.
- Should be able to suggestive innovative ways to achieve lead targets.
Candidate Profile :
- Should have proficiency in Ms. Office
- Good understanding and knowledge of social media and websites
- Should have worked on 360-degree campaigns
- Account Mining skills
- Good with people management & training
- Personable and assertive in nature
- Ability to handle pressure, possess stress, anger and time management skills
- Good communication, both verbal and written
