Senior Business Development Manager - IT Services (1-3 yrs)
Note: Candidate should have experience in IT service providing company.
Job Responsibilities:
- Research, locate, define and target key business prospects
- To obtain new businesses through follow up with potential clients. .
- Call up the client to check whether his requirement has been met.
- Working with the team to develop proposals that speaks to the client's needs, objectives and concern.
- Submit weekly progress reports.
- Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by the team.
- Ensure all team member represent the company in the best light.
- Work with marketing staff and ensure prerequisites are fulfilled within a timely manner.
Job Skills and Qualification:
- Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy
- Proven ability to negotiate
- Good communication skills
- Team handling experience
- The ability to self-motivate and motivate a team
- Experience working to and exceeding targets
