Senior Business Development Manager - IT (3-6 yrs)

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective

sales strategy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Overseeing all aspects of Business Development

- Ensuring successful completion of BD Process Flow

- Engage with CEO/CXO level stakeholders and establish/maintain relationships with them Will be responsible for new client acquisition, revenue growth as well as existing clients' retention and relationship

- Client Acquisition/Lead Generation

- Manage a team of Business Development Executives

- Suggesting & implementing new lead generation methods

- Creating Email marketing team and processes

- A proven track record of driving Lead Generation

- Experience with CRMs, for handling Lead Tracking

- Creating Monthly /Weekly Lead Generation Reports
