Job Description

Key Deliverables :

- Primary deliverable is Lead Generation & Business Development for various IT services like Fixed price software development projects, T&M / Hourly projects and Dedicated Resource / Contract hiring.


- Develop, execute, monitor and optimize lead generation & business development strategies.


- Work closely with the Sales Head to develop lead generation and business development strategies aligned to our sales goals.


- Research and identify new market opportunities.


- Build an ongoing pipeline of potential customers to generate sales.


- Measure and report performance of overall business development campaigns against assigned sales targets (ROI and KPIs) - weekly, monthly, quarterly.Plan, build, execute, monitor and optimize the brand presence on various social media channels like LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook etc.

Who Should Apply?

- You have done MBA in Sales & Marketing or have technical degree IT (B.E. or BTech or MSc IT or MCA or MTech or M.E.).


- You have overall more than 4 years of experience in Sales & Business Development in a Software Development or IT Services company.You have fluent written and verbal communication skills in English.


- You have exposure to international market.


- You have in-depth understanding of Sales cycle.


- You have excellent attention-to-detail ability, presentation skills, logical, reasoning and analytical skills.


- You are willing to go extra-mile and hustle to achieve sales goals.You are a quick learner and a go-getter.


- You do not have any timing constraints and are ready to work in various time-zones as per business needs.


- You have a natural ability to initiate conversations with people at CXO level.



- You have experience working with MS Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, OneDrive, etc.


- You have experience working with various tools like Zoho CRM, Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.
