Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage the flow of day-to-day city field operations (Supply - Driver Partners).
- Should have the ability to train, supervise and manage the team members to achieve the given target.
- Build a network of operational contacts (Supply - Driver Partners) that will develop the Business
- Willing to get the hands dirty by undertaking field visits and developing insights
- Responsible for deciding how to approach tasks and develop a plan to accomplish them.
- Create reports to update the company on the team's progress.
- Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests
- Learn continuously and improve the processes.
Skills Required:
UG degree + min 2 years- experience in handling a field team
Knowledge of Hyderabad geography
Languages - English, Telugu & Hindi
