Sr. Brand Manager Job Description :

Role

The Sr. Manager Branding would be responsible for planning, creating, developing and direct marketing efforts to increase the value and performance of brand and the services of the various Companies in the Group. He would be involved in strategizing and managing the marketing budgets and also the ROI on the initiatives taken up.

Reporting into the Directors, the position is based out of Mumbai.

JD / Tasks involved

- (S)He should know how to plan, develop and direct marketing efforts to increase the value and performance of a specific brand, service or product of the Group.

- Should focus on developing brand's performance, image and positioning compared to competitors.

- (S)He must have a good understanding of the audience, customers and market.

- (S)He should have strong creative, analytical and organization skills.

- (S)He must also have a good handle on consumer and market insights, including the ability to analyze market data, and he or she may be tasked with conducting consumer research.

- The position requires close collaboration with marketing, advertising and media departments.

- (S)He should be able to Track consumer and market insights by reviewing metrics such as sales volume, market share, profit projections, pricing and distribution, and by conducting consumer research.

- (S)He should create strategies to take advantage of market opportunities.

- (S)He should co-ordinate with the stake holders and build a Marketing Strategy for all the Business Units keeping in mind their Requirements

- Budgeting for the campaigns and measure ROI of the allocated Budgets

- Conceptualize strategic initiatives and implement details of a campaign.

- Execute strategies with cross-functional teams.

- Supervise the brand content. Manage access to brand assets.

- Develop brand standards and usage guidelines

- Assist integration of campaigns with brand consistency

- Write reports, specifications and creative briefs

- The fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment may also call for travel to trade shows or production facilities

Eligibility :

- He should have a degree in business, marketing or any advance level course or related degre
