Senior Branch Sales Manager - Sales - Bank (5-10 yrs)
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented leader to join our vibrant retail branch as Senior Branch Sales Manager.
In this pivotal role, you will play a critical role in exceeding sales targets, fostering a motivated team, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Achieve ambitious sales targets for a range of retail banking products, including deposits, loans, credit cards, and wealth management solutions.
- Lead and coach a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, motivation, and training to maximize their potential.
- Build strong relationships with customers, understand their financial needs, and recommend personalized solutions that exceed expectations.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in retail banking sales with a team handling experience.
