Senior Bank Officer - Corporate Salary Accounts - Bank (1-7 yrs)
We are hiring for a SR. Bank Officer in a reputed Bank and in the direct pay role of the Bank.
Profile : SR. Bank Officer
Dept : Corporate Salary
Qualification : Any Graduate and Above
Age : 30 Years and Below
- 1 year - 5 years of experience in Corporate Salary / CASA
- Should have good communication in English and Hindi
- Should be flexible to travel
Key Responsibilities :
- Monitoring the process of salary Account opening for the Corporates from the assigned portfolio.
- Reconciliation of Instant KIT and activation of account.
- Processing the salary request for the various corporate within the TAT.
- Arranging approvals for any deviation in the account opening forms.
- Handling the day-to-day sales activity of 3 sales Executives.
- Monitoring on sales Executives productivity.
- Handling Customer queries & Complaints on mails.
- Maximize external @ internal corporate employee's satisfaction within stipulated TAT.
- Execution of standardized processes.
- Maintaining various MIS as per Bank's requirement and track it.
