Job Description:
- To ensure customer service and support all back end operations like NB, PS, Accounts Revival, Lead Generation.
- To create customer delight at every interaction.
- Day to day operation work in branch.
- Applications scrutiny, Proposal form login with the help of Software which Involves generation of client ID & Passing the cashier entry generation of renewal payment receipts & revival letters.
- Cash & Cheque deposit in the Bank. Maintaining the MIS on daily basis.
- Preparation of various MIS reports and timely submission of the same to Reporting Manager.
- Handling the walk in customers.
