Senior Area Sales Manager - FMCG (1-5 yrs)
Position: Senior ASM - Pune
Geographies : Pune, Satara and Solapur
Position reporting to : Zonal Head West
Team below : Total team size of 12-15 people. Direct reportees would be 4 people
Education Qualifications : Full time MBA (2 year course) from a Tier 1 or a Tier 2 institute. Mandatory
Target companies : The candidates should be coming from only FMCG companies like Hindustan Coca Cola, Pepsico, Hindustan Unilever, Marico, Mondelez (Cadbury), Nestle, Reckitt Benkiser, Dabur, Colgate, General Mills, Wipro (Consumer Care), Ferrero Rocher, Mars Chocolates, Wrigleys, Parle Products, Johnson & Johnson, Luxor Writing (Parker Pens), Amul, Lotte, Emami, ITC Ltd, MTR Foods, Pidilite Industries, Perfetti Van Melle, Danone, Kellogg, GSK Consumer, Mother Diary, Hersheys, Britannia Industries, Adani Wilmar, Godrej Consumer, etc.
Roles and responsibilities :
- The person would be responsible for managing a general trade sales profile for - Pune, Satara and Solapur
- Will be responsible for managing hardcore direct sales role for this geography
- Would be dealing with Super-distributor, direct dealer /distributors, salesman
