Job Title : Sr. Area Sales Executive (Retail Operation)

Location : Cochin
Reporting to : Regional Sales Manager EBO - South
About Client:
Our client is dealing into manufacturing and selling of apparel and accessories. Currently there are 400+ company owned stores across the globe and having total turnover of 1200 Cr.
Role Summary:
The person should be handled store operations of Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBOs) successfully in Kerala
Job Responsibility:
- Meeting the Retail Business as per Given Plan
- Evaluation on the Basis of KPI 's
- Increase Customer Satisfaction
- Regularly Communicates with Customer and solicit their opinion and Ideas
People Management :
- To supervise, motivate and develop store staff/Store Manager.
- To coach stores managers and CEOs by training and following various norms.
Desired Candidate Profile: :
- 5-9 yrs. Of experience in handling EBOs, in the area of South India.
- MBA / PGDBM
- Experience of industries related to apparel advantageous.
- Drive for results - Ability to build effective teams and motivate others.
