Senior Area Manager - Sales - Paper Industry (6-10 yrs)
- Candidates will be the State Head of Gujarat. Candidate will be responsible for launching product in the assigned state. will have end to end ownership (sales, demand generation, manpower, capture of market insights and strategy execution) while adhering to company policies.
- Appoint channel partners i.e. distributors and super stockists for the allocated region
- Parallel to appointing channel partners, you need to recruit your team to develop the primary and the secondary market
- Manage all the channel partners & team and handle all their issues to ensure smooth business
- Develop and execute strategies to become the market leader in the assigned territory in an extremely competitive and challenging industry- Industry experience is mandatory in Stationery/ FMCG/ any similar industry
- Minimum age should be 35
