We have an opening as a Senior Area Manager / Regional Manager-Stores for one of the leading Retail Company.
Experience Required : 3+ Years into Multiple Stores Handling.
Job Location : Bangalore
Job Description :
- Market survey for new store openings this includes the basic 4p's principle. Where survey specifies the perfect location based on demographics of that area.
- Strategic analysis for various offers based on factors from market survey. That includes combo designing, repricing and offers on various platforms.
- Planning events for launch of new products and stores.
- Planning on internal marketing activities for team members that helps the overall sales target achievement.
- Strategic analysis with R&D team for launch of new products based on market survey data.
- Designing plannogram for stores that helps them to up-sell the products based on the location.
- Handling ATL and BTL activities for stores across NCR.
- Strategic designing of branding materials for various point of contacts related to customer.
- Customer engagement activity that includes games, sampling and other events.
- Corporate tie ups with other associated partners in food tech industry.
