Senior Agency Sales Manager - Insurance (4-5 yrs)

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Sr. Agency Sales Manager in the insurance industry.



Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets within the BFSI sector.

2. Identify and establish relationships with potential clients and key decision-makers through networking and business development efforts.

3. Conduct field sales activities, including client visits, presentations, and negotiations, to drive business growth and generate leads.

4. Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet clients' specific needs and requirements.

5. Actively manage and expand the distributor network to maximize market coverage and increase sales opportunities.

6. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities.

7. Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics to the management team.

Skills and Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Strong knowledge and understanding of field sales, marketing, and business development strategies.

Prior experience in BFSI sales or similar industry would be an advantage, it's required.

Excellent networking and relationship-building skills to establish and maintain connections with clients and industry professionals.

Proven ability to generate leads, convert prospects into clients, and achieve sales targets.

Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong drive for success and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
