Senior Agency Development Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
We are looking for a qualified individual to perform the duties of a senior Agency Development Manager in our Sales department.
Key Responsibilities :
- Demonstrate the value proposition of products/services and address client objections.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Collaborate with senior management to align field sales objectives with overall business goals.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on the status of field sales activities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and address any concerns.
Candidate Profile :
Age:- Min 22 Years to max 38 years
Qualification:- Graduate
Experience:- 2+ years in any field of sales
Skills :
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
