We are looking for a highly motivated and results Acquisition Manager to join our team. As an Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a customer acquisition strategy that drives growth through the acquisition of new customers or high-value customers who are willing to pay a premium for our products or services.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a customer acquisition strategy that aligns with business objectives and targets high-value customers.

- Conduct market research to identify target audience, competitive landscape, and market trends.

- Identify acquisition channels that are most effective for reaching the target audience and driving customer acquisition.

- Manage acquisition campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, search engine marketing, email marketing, and others.

- Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment and identify opportunities for cross-functional collaboration.

- Monitor and analyze key metrics, including customer acquisition cost, conversion rate, and customer lifetime value, to optimize acquisition strategy and campaign performance.

- Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on acquisition performance and trends.

Requirements:

- Any Graduate May Apply

- 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing

- Strong analytical skills and experience using data

- Excellent communication skills

- Experience managing acquisition campaigns across multiple channels

- Experience in premium acquisition is a plus.
