We are looking for an Account MANAGER with a passion for sales and an understanding of organizational hiring needs. As part of the Sales team, you will be the "voice of OPTIMHIRE", actively taking demos and helping acquire new accounts. You will be selling OptimHire's extensive line of recruitment-specific solutions to help fill their current openings and build their business.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Selling online enterprise recruitment solutions plans to corporate clients by assessing their business requirements.

2. Achieving sales targets through acquisition of new clients and growing business from existing clients.

3. Area Mapping, prospecting, negotiation, freezing on commercials and closing of deals with necessary documentation.

4. Prospect relentlessly to build a pipeline and strong personal relationships with prospects

5. Be proactive about solving problems even if its outside of your area and be ready to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge

6. Seek out opportunities to be a leader and do everything you can to help the company achieve its larger objectives.

7. Be an evangelist for the OptimHire ecosystem of products and services.

Requirements for the Role:

Must-Have:

1. 3-8 years of work experience in B2B Sales (Preferably sometime in SaaS, Should have sold plans starting from the initial plan going way upto enterprise level)

2. Preferably having experience of Sales involved with Long TAT

3. Good command of communication

4. Closure experience especially of high ticket size clients.

1. Cross-functional collaboration - ability & personality to influence decision

2. Execution-focused - bringing threads/initiatives to logical closure

3. Ability to change/adapt - basis trends & early results

4. Attitude of getting hands dirty

5. Hustler attitude to get things done at any cost
