Senior Account Manager/Account Director - Public Relation Agency (7-10 yrs)
A Global PR agency is hiring for the profile of Senior Account Manager/ Account Director.
Experience : 7-10 years
Location : Gurgaon
You will :
- Have the ability to anchor the client and the team
- Partner Junior to mid-level clients on deliverables and requirements sometimes beyond the scope of work
- Deliver high-quality work within project teams
- Lead communication support for issues management
- Have excellent judgment and creative problem-solving skills, including negotiation and conflict-resolution skills
- Be a leader in discipline, both at work and in soft skills
- Lead in exploring New Business Opportunities
- Lead Case Studies and prepare Award submission
- Ability to inspire, mentor and supervise junior staff to achieve aspects relevant to the organisational objective and personal goals
Requirements :
- Innovative, proactive thinkers and thought team members, with a track record for translating strategic thinking into action plans and results
- Hawk eyes with strong attention to detail
- Able to present to small groups, internally and externally
- Able to manage multiple assignments simultaneously
- Able to understand the vision for the organisation, and their own role in achieving it
- Disciplined, both at work and in soft skills like punctuality, following policy, etc
