- Know general course content (overall from catalogue) and any special information about the courses.
- Guide the student advisee through a self-assessment process and the exploration of their career goals and objectives consistent with their abilities, interests, and limitations.
- Build relationship with and give information to students about the latest developments.
- Attending and counseling walk-in enquiries, E-mail enquiries, Telephonic enquiries and web.
- Counseling the students & dealing with the student queries & enrolling.
- Maintaining student database & provide regular feedback on leads received from Marketing Team.
- Achieving target assigned from the Company.
- Handle Walk-in/Telephonic/mail enquiries.
- Ensure enquiry conversions in enrolments.
- Academic advisors help students to recognize and achieve their educational goals,
- Primarily at the post secondary level.
