Senior Academic Counsellor/Senior Associate - Sales/Business Development - Education (2-5 yrs)

About the Role :

- We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Business Development Associate to join our team and help us boost growth in terms of revenue and sales. The successful candidate will have a passion for sales and business development, and the drive to help our company succeed.

Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct market research to identify new prospects

- Generate potential leads through product presentations/webinars

- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets

- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve growth targets

- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates

- Counseling the students in building their engineering careers

- Identify the opportunities and convert the prospects into customers

- Handle both inbound and outbound calls

- Updating the Lead status in the CRM

- Cold call the leads assigned

- Update the database on a timely basis for the contacted prospects

- Timely follow-up with the prospects

- Maintain a detailed database with all the information about the prospects

- Make cold calls regarding inbound and outbound sales.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company goals

- Stay up to date with industry trends and market changes

Qualifications and Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively

- Excellent time-management skills and ability to prioritize tasks

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

- Strong analytical and research skills

- 2+ Experience in business development, sales, or a related field is a plus
