1. Sales Leadership:
- Lead sales efforts by providing guidance and support to junior counselors.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve organizational targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate clients and educational institutions.
2. Workshop Coordination:
- Act as the primary point of contact for workshop coordination, ensuring seamless communication between organizers, facilitators, and participants.
- Assist in drafting and revising proposals and presentations as needed.
