Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Sales/ BD Executive to join our team in a highly collaborative, fast-paced, high energy environment. We are looking for candidates who are self-starters, with goals relating to the success of their careers. We have a flat organizational structure, and the right person will thrive in this team environment with customer service and quality work as a primary focus.

Responsibilities :

1. Growing revenue via prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing enterprise client accounts

2. Meeting Quarterly & Annual Revenue Targets

3. Managing perspective client relationships through all phases of the sales cycle

4. Providing a consultative solutions sales process to prospects

5. Conducting one-on-one and group sales presentations

6. Establish new opportunities

7. Tracking customer information, forecasts and reports

8. Developing and maintaining prospect and customer list based on strategic marketing data and other sources for sales leads

9. Planning & strategizing marketing activities with the Marketing and Channel teams for the end users and channels

10. Create new business opportunities through in-depth conversations and relationship building

Required Skills/Experience:

1. Strong oral and written communication skills are a must

2. Bachelor's degree in a related field with qualifications in business, marketing or technology.

3. Ability to adapt, overcome objections, and learn complex solutions

4. Fluent and productive in the use of Microsoft Office, SalesForce, GoToMeeting and other business productivity tools a plus

5. Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment with revenue deadlines
