Overview :

A New Business Development Executive is needed to join our business development team. Focusing primarily on the B2B sector, the position is aimed for us to expand in Kolkata. The appointed person will be pivotal in the company's growth into current and new markets, as well as support in the company's brand exposure strategy.

What You Will Be Doing?

- Research, identify, and document new client and chef leads.

- Identifying, nurturing and qualifying new business opportunities in order to schedule sales appointments.

- Lead on B2B Business Development, Generate Leads and Product Sales through telemarketing, promotional events, door-to-door sales, and referrals.

- Lead on Chef Lead Generation through promotional events and referrals.

- Implement promotional campaigns and events covering Kolkata and nearby business areas.

- Collaborate across B2B sector and New Markets to identify gaps in the selling funnel.

- Identify New Markets that support company's vision for future growth and expansion.

- Collaborate to define a clear approach to targeting B2B sector and new markets.

- Collaborate to deliver marketing plans, detailing marketing activities and events and budget requirements.

- To be the eyes and ears for new opportunities within the region.

- Manage key stakeholder relationships to present brand concepts and its value proposition.

What Experience You Will Need To Apply?

- Experience in researching, planning, and executing new business strategies for business growth.

- An entrepreneurial approach to development sales base.

- Confident and Strong verbal and written communication.

- Strong record management and reporting experience.

- Commercial selling experience to build and win new business, and hitting sales targets.

- Confident to self-assess projects/ issues and to suggest alternative ways to improve efficiency/effectiveness.

- Ability to multi-task with a variety of stakeholders.
